Visconti Aqua Azzura Limited Edition Fountain Pen

The Aqua Azzura is a limited edition fountain pen released by Visconti around the year 2000 in 300 numbered fountain pens.

The Aqua Azzura is roughly based on the classic Visconti Voyager, but it has decorative differences and due to the more strictly cylindrical cap seems slightly larger than majority of Voyager models. It measures 14.1cm capped, has an 18kt gold nib, Visconti's bow clip, and Visconti's power filling system. 

The Aqua Azzura is - rightly - made from a very beautiful deep blue transparent resin that carries sparse white swirls.

The pen we have on offer here came to us from a private collection, but seems to be unused, and with the exception of some wear and aging on the metallic parts appears to be in excellent condition.

It comes in a period correct Visconti box.
