The Pelikan Model 60 is a pre-souveran series that was available during the 1960s and early 1970s.
The P60 we have available comes from the later period of production, 1970 - 1973, and prior to the designation of the model as P495.
It has barrel and cap made of rolled gold with a cubic design. The fountain pen has a Delta-shaped nib made of 18kt gold, and has a cartridge/converter filling system.
The pen we are listing here is preowned but in good condition considering its age. Other than natural wear that appears as some minor (not deep) scratches the pen has effectively no damage, and was found to operate faultlessly when tested (July 17, 2023).
The text seen in the background of this image was written with the pen listed, and during the writing test we noted excellent performance.
This Pelikan P60 fountain pen comes in a Pelikan box that does not correspond to its production period.
