The cap and barrel of this fountain pen are crafted in burgundy precious resin featuring the iconic white Montblanc emblem inlaid in the cap top. The Burgundy color has long been discontinued and is sought after by collectors.

The fountain pen is adorned with a hand-crafted Au585/14K solid gold nib, rhodium-coated, and comes with an integrated piston filling system.

The fountain pen listed here is preowned but never used, and it is in exceptional condition. Piston operation was checked on October 23, 2023. The pen comes in a Montblanc giftbox that matches the pen, and which we believe to be period correct.
