This pen is crafted from silver vermeil, intricately engraved to depict the shape of a five-clawed Chinese dragon proudly standing among a background of small steam clouds. The figure stands out thanks to the meticulous application of colored and semi-transparent hand-layered enamel. To emphasize its auspicious power and nobility, Visconti designers decided to further enrich the look of the Imperial Dragon by setting a precious red ruby into its eye.
