The Deus Maris LE pen is part of a collection of the 1911 Limited Edition series issued by Nettuno.

The classic streamlined shape and the pull-spring system clip make this pen unmistakable. Each Deus Maris pen is hand-turned from a solid bar of special blue resin with striking highlights, marbled throughout. The indigo-colored resin has a subtle sparkling swirl. The resin is accented with an amazing .925 sterling silver trim. A large sterling silver band at the bottom of the cap lip is engraved with stylized waves. The most striking element is the large solid-silver central band with a design of Neptune set against a backdrop of ocean waves coupled with Neptune’s trident, and the wording «Deus Maris» (Latin for God of the Sea).

The fountain pen version of the Deus Maris is limited to 400 pieces worldwide and it is fitted with an 18-karat, rhodium-plated, solid gold Medium (M) nib marked with the firm’s hallmark «N».

The Deus Maris is archetypical of Nettuno’s highest standards. All in all, the Deus Maris is a very impressionable pen with a hefty appearance.
