To celebrate their 200th anniversary of the creation of the Italian flag in 1997 Aurora released a special limited edition set of 3 fountain pens, one pen per color of the Italian flag, so that when the pens are set side by side they mirror the flag. More beautiful details of note on the Italian flag pens are to be found on the cap tops where Aurora has placed a jewel with the original version of the Italian flag. 

The fountain pens that make the Aurora Bicentenary of the Italian Flag Set are based on the Aurora Talentum, are made of precious resin and have gold coated trims.

The set comes in a beautiful dedicated gift box. 

As most Aurora limited edition fountain pens, the pens that make up this set come with 18kt gold nibs and ebonite feeders. They operate with a cartridge - converter filling system and have screw on caps.
