The barrel and cap of the fountain pen are made of ebonite, while its grip is made of high quality PMMA resin. The Sailor King of Pen Ebonite Gold features a gold coated clip and a matching decorative ring.

The fountain pen is equipped with Sailor's oversized, King of Pen nib made of 21k gold, with a bicolor coating.
