The Seastar has been a staple of the collection since the 1970s and is one of the most popular diving watches in the market. Naturally, the collection is named after its waterproof character, as the name 1000 reflects the 1000 feet depth that the watch is rated for (30 atmospheres or 300 meters).

The 45.5mm Quartz Chronograph has a high-end technical performance and a very sporty character, but it can also be worn on a daily basis.

The Seastar 1000 Chronograph is made of stainless steel, and has a unidirectional rotating bezel for under-water time keeping. The buttons operating the chronograph have screw-down safety, as does its main crown. Its indices and hour markers are coated with Superluminova, and it has an antireflective sapphire crystal, and a Swiss made quartz movement.
