Released in 1997 in an exclusive edition of 5000 numbered fountain pens, the Parker Snake Limited Edition pays tribute to the intricately decorated pens of the early years of Parker, and the Art Deco era. The Snake design adopted for the particular edition is based on a design seen on an original 1906 Parker fountain pen.

This is an exclusive writing instrument that celebrates the history of Parker, and displays the highest levels of craftsmanship.

The Snake limited edition fountain pen has a nib made of 18kt gold decorated with a snake engraving - exclusive to this edition. The serpentine sleeve is executed in sterling silver, and genuine emeralds are used for the eyes of the Snake.

It has cartridge converter filling system, and comes in an exclusive luxury box developed for the particular edition.
