The Montegrappa Reminiscence edition was released in the 1990s drawing inspiration from the original 1915 collections of Montegrappa, and are made to look as close as possible to the original prestigious line.

The barrel and cap of the pen are crafted entirely out of sterling silver, gold coated in the present model, the grip is made of black resin, and each of the fountain pens comes with a nib made of 18kt solid gold. They utilise a cartridge/converter filling system and have a screw-on cap that can also be screwed on the back while writing.

This is a sophisticated, gold coated fountain pen with a very clean design that features no engavings at all other than the necessary hallmark and trademark.

The fountain pen listed here is in very good condition, and shows minimal signs of wear, specifically some micro-scratches on the silver, a thing natural considering the age of the pen.
