Preowned Montblanc 124 Fountain Pen with barrel in black precious resin and gold coated cap.

The Montblanc 124 fountain pen was introduced in 1971, and had a fairly short production run, lasting only through 1973, and is accordingly considered fairly rare today.

It is a slim and lightweight fountain pen, with a piston filling system, and an 18kt gold delta-shape nib.

The fountain pen listed here is preowned but in rather good condition, it has a stub-broad nib assisted by a rather rich ink flow. The piston moved smoothly during the in-house test (September 2023).

The condition of the fountain pen is very good, naturally it does show some minor signs of wear on its surfaces, but no deep scratches or dents.

The item will be shipped in a standard Montblanc giftbox that is from a later period.
