In 2012, on the occasion of Queen Elizabeth II's 60th Anniversary on the British throne, Visconti created a limited edition fountain pen to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.
These special pens were developed on the basis of Visconti's popular Voyager model and and feature unique resin colors and decorative rings. The fountain pens are oversized, feature a crown at the top of the cap, and a wide decorative ring with a commemorative inscription at the lower part of the cap.
The Diamond Jubilee fountain pens have Visconti's palladium nibs, screw caps, and integrated pistons operated by a knob at that back end of the barrel.
The Diamond Jubilee Burgundy edition is limited to 600 numbered fountain pens made out of an exceptional resin with a burgundy main color that carries specs and swirls of golden color. It has a two-tone nib, and gold coated metal details.
