Pelikan 1000 Years of Austria Limited Edition Fountain Pen
The Pelikan 1000 Years of Austria is a limited edition of 1000 numbered fountain pens, released in 1996 to celebrate 1000 years of Austria.
This limited edition fountain pen was developed on the basis of the M805, and so as all the standard features of the Pelikan Souverän, but it has a barrel made of sterling silver featuring a design developed by the Austrian architect Pf. Gustav Peichl.
The fountain pen is an allusion to the heady, lavish charm of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, this peerless writing instrument was originally designed for Pelikan Austria, in honor of the Alpine republic's millennial celebration.
Fiery red and glowing, passionately graced with colored guilloche engraving, this noble writing instrument is a worthy addition - or the crowning masterpiece of any collection.
The fountain pen features Pelikan's piston filling system, a screw-on cap, and an 18kt gold nib of the "pf" generation.
The pen listed here is new old stock, and comes with a full set of accompanying documents in the dedicated gift box, guarantee to be stamped prior to shipment.
