The fountain pen's sterling silver body and cap feature an all-over tattoo engraving enhanced with antiquing and satin finishing. A red ‘Lifeblood’ cubic zirconia highlights the top of the 1930s-style contour pen clip.

The Montegrappa Skulls & Roses uses a piston filler mechanism and each is fitted with an 18kt gold nib customized for this release with an engraved skull on the nib. This luxury pen release also features an ebonite feed.
