Omas Ogiva Pernambuco Limited Edition Fountain Pen

The Omas Ogiva Pernambuco Limited Edition is a rare fountain pen, a part of the collection of wooden pens Omas released in the mid-1990s following the success of the Amerigo Vespucci pen of 1987.

This edition is based on the largest size in which the Omas Ogiva was produced and measures 15.1cm in length. It is made of Pernambuco wood, and has an 18kt gold nib and an ebonite feeder. The pen has the standard screw-cap of the Ogivas, and uses an integrated piston filling mechanism.

This precious and rare edition comes in the dedicated wooden giftbox that Omas produced for the edition, including a fabric pen pouch supplied by Omas and a protective ring the manufacturer supplied, meant to be set over the section while filling the pen, in order to protect the wood from coming in touch with inks.

This pen is new from our stock, and has never been inked, the cardboard box that covers the wooden box shows some damage developed over the years it has been in storage.
