The Pelikan Souverän R430 Silver and Black has a cap made of sterling silver and a barrel made of black acrylic resin. The delicately decorated cap of this pen has platinum coated large surfaces and gold coated details such as the clip and it slower end.

The R430 was released in 1999, and is part of a series that was available for a relatively short span of time. Although this series was not limited in any way, it is now fairly rare and highly sought after.
