A limited edition of 188 handmade, numbered fountain pens.

Dragon, Phoenix, Unicorn and Tortoise were and are still considered “Supernatural Creatures” with the Dragon leading the pack.

Visconti interpreted this theme with great creativity, by creating a collection of four fountain pens in Limited Edition all dedicated to the “Supernatural Creatures”.

Visconti's concept encompasses the mythology of the most ancient of human civilizations, including that of China, of Japan, ancient Egypt, and Greece.

In this way the collection includes some of the most representative cultures of the human civilization.

The subjects here represented have a strong emotional impact and are fit for the laborious Maki-e technique.

All pens are painted directly on celluloid, without pre-lacquering with Urushi, in order not to cover the natural beauty of the ivory colour of the celluloid.

The Dragon and Phoenix model carries a representation of a Dragon on the barrel and a phoenix on the cap.

This is a power filler fountain pen with double reservoir and comes equipped with a two-tone 18kt gold nib.

The pen comes in a luxury gift box.
