Aurora Optima Carlo Goldoni Limited Edition 1793 fountain pen
This fountain pen is Aurora's tribute to Carlo Goldoni's creative force: precious, exclusive and classical.
This exclusive fountain pen was released in 1993 in only 1793 numbered pieces to celebrate the bicentenary of the great artist of human comedy.
Aurora's expert silversmiths created the quilloche pattern "Venezia" that covers the barrel and cap of the fountain pens. The cap ring is decorated with the masks from the "Commedia dell'Arte" and the commemorative date.
The solid silver working is marked with a punch of antique workmanship.
The Aurora Carlo Goldoni is developed on Aurora's beloved classic Optima model. The fountain pens have an 18kt solid gold nib, ebonite feeders, and use Aurora's piston filling system.
This handcrafted limited edition fountain pen comes in a special luxury gift box designed by Aurora exclusively for this edition, along with a bottle of ink which is again exclusive to this edition.
Since 1919 Aurora has been working in the same way and with the same unchanged passion to create timeless writing instruments, beautiful and concrete with authentic artisanal craftsmanship that can be found only in Italy.
