The Parker Duofold is one of the most classic and characteristic models of Parker.

The Duofolds first appeared in 1921, and have since been a stable of the Parker collection. The hefty size of the fountain pens (5.5 inches when capped) the cylindrical style with the flat top and bottom, and the special colors like the Mandarin Yellow set the Duofold appart, making it a model loved by everyone and copied by many.

The Parker Duofold Check collection was released in the mid-2000s, the first colors to hit the market were the Check Marine, the Check Amber, and the Check Olive. The Duofold Check Citrino followed soon after the success of the first three colors.

The barrel of the Parker Duofold Check Citrino is made of yellow resin of varying tones, all metal parts are gold coated.
